Good questions.
Anything else? Reply to your order email and a person will answer.
How do I pay?
You don’t pay on the site. After you place an order we email you within one business day to confirm the details and send payment instructions. Your order ships once that’s done.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (3–6 business days) is free on orders over $60 and $6 below that. Express (1–2 business days) is $14.
Can I return something?
Yes — within 60 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Email us and we’ll arrange it.
Which mat should I choose?
The Cork Flow Mat suits most everyday practice. Pick the Cushion Rubber Mat if your knees or wrists are sensitive, and the Fold Travel Mat if you want something to take with you.
How do I care for cork?
Wipe it with a damp cloth after use and let it air-dry. Cork is naturally antimicrobial, so there’s no need for sprays.
